Men's Tennis Team Downs Millersville
MILLERSVILLE-- The Bloomsburg University men's tennis team improved to 8-1 on the season with an 8-1 win over Millersville on Wednesday.
The Huskies jumped out to a 3-0 lead after doubles with the team of Fernando Perez (Center Valley/Southern Lehigh) and Jeff Nufher (Warren/Warren Area) won at number one by an 8-2 score.
In singles play, Jason Nolt (Bloomsburg/Central Columbia) was a winner at number six singles taking three sets to get the victory. Nolt won 2-6, 6-3, 10-5.
The Huskies will host Kutztown University on Thursday at 3:30 p.m.
